ARU Applicator - Fixed

Fixed applicator for continuous anti-condensation and sound isolation membrane lamination.

ALU BOSCH frame, fixed to the floor, for stable, repeatable lamination. Adjustable height alignment of pressure rollers, adjustable brake for felt roll and rubberised pressure rollers ensure controlled feeding and even bonding. Supports rolls up to Ø1000 mm - standard roll is 700 mm.

ARU Applicator - Movable

Movable applicator for applying flexible anti-condensation and sound isolating membrane lamination across multiple profiling lines.

Modular ALU BOSCH frame on heavy‑duty, lockable wheels for easy repositioning and fast setup. Quick roller‑height alignment, adjustable tension brake, and INOX pressing rollers deliver controlled feed and uniform adhesion. Can be anchored at the line for stable operation; supports rolls up to Ø1000 mm. Options include protective‑foil winding, hot‑wire cutting, and EM 24 V drive for assisted feed.
